This is the cost per minute for calls from your state to any other state. There are no carrier surcharges or monthly fees.

Do you want a Toll Free Number?
The toll free rates are the same as the outbound rates quoted above. There is a monthly toll free service charge of $2.

Do you want a Calling Card?
The calling card rate is 20 cents per minute for all your calls. There is no surcharge per call other than the per minute rate.

What about monthly service charges?
PremierCom makes every effort to eliminate extra charges. However, the following two charges may apply to your service. The surcharge for a toll free number is $2 per month. For any month that your long distance usage is less than $25 there is a surcharge of $2.50.

Billing is done by the carrier.
The carrier for this service is PremierCom, Inc. They will send you a bill directly and you will pay them directly. The bill will not be included with your local bill.

Billing is in minute increments.
This means that all calls are rounded up to the next full minute.

Signing Up is very simple.
Print out the application, fill it out and then mail or fax it in. In 7 to 10 days your service will be switched over. There is nothing else for you to do.
